Our Services
Feasibility & Brief
A collaborative process to define the project’s core objectives, spatial constraints, and financial parameters. We conduct in-depth research into site potential and technical execution, ensuring that creative ambitions are balanced with cost-effective design strategies and a clear pathway to construction.
Concept Design & Space Planning
Strategic spatial analysis and conceptual evolution to establish a clear design direction. This phase ensures that aesthetic aspirations are expertly balanced with the functional requirements of the site and the practicalities of the brief.
Sustainable Design Integration
The embedding of passive strategies, intelligent controls, and responsible material sourcing across all project phases. We prioritise sensitive retrofitting and high-performance systems to reduce environmental impact, optimise energy efficiency, and ensure the long-term resilience of the interior.
Wellness & Optimisation
A holistic approach to interiors that prioritises the biological and emotional impact of a space. We integrate Biophilic Design principles to strengthen the connection between inhabitants and the natural world, alongside specialist systems for EMF mitigation, water revitalisation, and advanced air filtration. By meticulously calibrating acoustics and sensory touchpoints, we enhance physical health and mental clarity, creating a restorative sanctuary that supports long-term well-being.
Inclusive Design & Accessibility
Strategic planning to ensure the environment remains adaptable to changing lifestyles and future requirements. We integrate accessibility solutions with a refined aesthetic, prioritising ease of movement and long-term functionality without compromising the design’s visual identity.
Security & Protection
The discreet integration of advanced security infrastructure, including secure rooms and shelters. We design these high-protection zones to be seamlessly embedded within the interior architecture, ensuring maximum safety and peace of mind through reinforced structural solutions and hidden defensive measures.
Detailed Design & Technical Specification
Preparation of comprehensive technical packages, including room-by-room finishing schedules, material specifications, and consultant co-ordination to ensure seamless project execution.
Bespoke Joinery & Integrated Lighting
Technical design of bespoke joinery and layered lighting schemes, ensuring all bespoke elements are seamlessly integrated with the building’s structural and electrical systems.
FF&E Sourcing & Procurement
Comprehensive sourcing and procurement of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), providing a streamlined process from initial specification to final delivery and installation.
Contract Administration
Providing rigorous oversight during the construction phase to ensure the project is delivered in accordance with the design intent and technical specifications. We manage the administrative and quality-control aspects of the project, while all financial monitoring and cost control are managed by a specialist Quantity Surveyor.
On-Site Supervision
Professional oversight throughout the fit-out phase, encompassing delivery coordination, on-site installation, and the final aesthetic styling required to realise the design vision.
Our Design Approach
A truly successful interior is one where every texture, light fitting, and piece of furniture feels intentional.
Our approach combines a refined aesthetic with practical, enduring spatial harmony.
Every project begins with a deep exploration of how a space will be inhabited, translating project aspirations into a curated reality through three core pillars:
Aesthetic Direction
Establishing a unique visual language for the interior, ensuring a cohesive atmosphere that responds to the architectural context.
Materiality
The meticulous selection of premium finishes, from raw natural stone to bespoke textiles, to create depth, contrast, and a sophisticated material balance.
Longevity
Prioritising quality craftsmanship and timeless design principles that transcend fleeting trends, ensuring the interior maintains its resonance and relevance for years to come.

Strategic Definition
Define the project’s core requirements and assess feasibility.
This includes understanding the specific needs of the interior, identifying structural constraints, and determining the strategic approach.
1
Preparation and Briefing
Develop the initial design brief. Site appraisals, research, and consultations are conducted. Key project objectives, aesthetic requirements, and project constraints are defined.
2
Concept
Design
Create initial design concepts that respond to the brief. This stage involves visual mood boards, spatial arrangements, and preliminary material and cost considerations.
3
Spatial Coordination
Refine the interior layout and coordinate it with structural, mechanical, and other technical services. Any necessary planning or listed building consents are managed during this phase by the project architect.
4
Technical
Design
Develop detailed technical drawings, joinery specifications, and FF&E schedules. This stage ensures the design is fully detailed for construction, tender, and Technical Execution.
5
Manufacturing and Construction
Oversee the fit-out on-site. This includes managing bespoke joinery production, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring the final installation aligns with the design vision.
6
Handover
Manage the final site installation and defect inspections. Provide all necessary documentation and operational manuals to ensure a seamless transition into the completed space.
7
Use
Evaluate the success of the completed interior. Provide in-use support to ensure the space continues to perform and function as intended.
