The scheme is a new-build 217 bed, dual-brand hotel and community hub incorporating two levels of public facilities.
These include a café, a restaurant, a bar, leisure facilities, conference suites and co-working offices. The publicly
accessible colonnade opens out onto a newly landscaped open space park, providing a new heart for the Orchard
Park community, in a bid to re-inject activity into the area.
