22 Berners Street is a newly refurbished 40,000 sq ft net high quality office building designed to a contemporary Category A standard to BCO guidelines, located opposite the prestigious Sanderson Hotel within Fitzrovia, an exciting and rapidly changing office destination in London’s Central West End. The proposed scheme completed early this year included a major refurbishment of the entire 1960s built office building stripped back to structural frame and with substantial new extensions, generous roof terraces and a new entrance façade including feature double height glazing. The original basement car park was demolished and the structure extended downwards creating additional offices at lower ground level. The building was pre-let to FORA a boutique shared workspace provider who opened the building in summer 2020.
