These include a café, a restaurant, a bar, leisure facilities, conference suites and co-working offices. The publicly
accessible colonnade opens out onto a newly landscaped open space park, providing a new heart for the Orchard
Park community, in a bid to re-inject activity into the area.

apartments for all levels of physical, visual and hearing

22 Berners Street is a newly refurbished 40,000 sq ft net high quality office building designed to a contemporary
Category A standard to BCO guidelines, located opposite
the prestigious Sanderson Hotel within Fitzrovia, an
exciting and rapidly changing office destination in London’s
Central West End. The proposed scheme completed early
this year included a major refurbishment of the entire
1960s built office building stripped back to structural
frame and with substantial new extensions, generous
roof terraces and a new entrance façade including feature
double height glazing. The original basement car park
was demolished and the structure extended downwards
creating additional offices at lower ground level. The
building was pre-let to FORA a boutique shared workspace
provider who opened the building in summer 2020.
A new mixed-use development in Stanmore
including 9 residential units and a new synagogue for Mosaic, a unique Jewish community bringing together three strands of Jewish faith in a single multi-use building.
Regency House is a new-build 40,000 sqft office development in a prominent and sensitive position in the centre of Radlett. The scheme enhances Radlett’s stock of business space,
particularly for small to medium sized local enterprises, and provides local employment
opportunities.
Refurbishment & New Build – West End Office Development
A 12,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme combining sensitive refurbishment with contemporary new build. The development retains and restores the original historic façade, blending heritage architecture with modern office and commercial spaces in the heart of the West End.
The project involves the construction of a new
375 seat synagogue with community hall, library
and two large ancillary flats on second floor level.
Beneath the synagogue is a large multi-purpose hall
with mezzanine break-out rooms over. A succah
roof covers the rear of the hall.
Mixed use development of a locally listed building for fashion retail, offices, and residential.
New contemporary roof extension including an additional fifth floor mezzanine, glass roof and refurbishment and alterations to four office floors, a feature entrance and
projecting glass bay. Located in a conservation area.
The hotel comprises of 121 rooms and public facilities designed around a central atrium with a glazed roof. Back of house services and parking are located below ground level.
A leisure hotel at the Red Sea. The concept is influenced by both location and Arabic traditional culture.
The University Church was designed by invitation to provide a concept only and is based on the tensile structure of five crosses visible from all directions.
